Who sees it:

Every infrastructure partner operates under binding contractual data processing terms prohibiting secondary use.

How long I keep it:

Subscriber records and consulting correspondence remain stored throughout an active professional relationship or up to 24 months after your last communication. Server access logs and anonymous traffic aggregates are purged automatically on a rolling 90-day cycle.

Your choices:

  • Opt-out anytime: You can unsubscribe from data briefings or advisory updates via the single-click link included in every email.
  • Access & portability: You may request an exported copy of all personal records and interaction history associated with your email address.
  • Correction & deletion: You have the right to modify outdated information or request complete permanent removal of your contact data from active records.
  • Cookie management: You can configure your browser preferences to reject non-essential telemetry and analytics cookies without impacting site access.
